In her doctoral work, Gabrielle Lalonde, a member of the ABCs Laboratory, demonstrated that a concussion can alter parent-child relationships. Following the publication of the article, Miriam Beauchamp, ABCs laboratory Director, was interviewed by several radio stations, including “Ici Radio-Canada”, “BBC”, “CJAD”, “TVA” and “CBC”, and by the newspaper “Le Devoir”. She explains what is a concussion and she gives us tips on how to support the toddler’s development of social abilities.
