Impact of focal frontal lesions on social cognition
The aim of this project was to study the consequences of focal brain lesions on social cognition and behavior.
Results
Social Cognition
Participants with focal brain lesions had poorer social cognition, notably in terms of sociomoral reasoning and empathy, whereas general cognitive skills were preserved.
Behavior
Parents of participants with focal brain lesions reported their children had behavioral difficulties.
